A life saving act of human compassion, this Pulitzer-winning photo by Rocco Morabito was dubbed the "Kiss of Life" and features
apprentice lineman J.D. Thompson breathing into the mouth of R.G. Champion, who is shown hanging unconscious after being shocked by a wire while working on the utility pole. Amazingly, Champion survived the electrocution, in part thanks to Thompson's quick thinking mouth-to-mouth. I thought this labor of love would be the perfect way to celebrate to ManLove Monday: Labor Day edition!
