So, I'm past halfway toward proving Adam wrong about my lj habits and in doing so, I have also inspired Odie to repost. Anyway, back to the real subject of this post.
King Author- watched 2/25/05: After hearing some not so flattering reviews, I chose to wait for KA to come out on dvd. However, like always, the critics are stupid. I enjoyed the movie, it's not gonna make any Top 10 lists, but enjoyable none the less. Having Kiera Knightley in the movie didn't hurt either ;)
The Grudge- watched 2/26/05: Upon Odie's recommendation I rented the Grudge (oh yeah, didn't hurt this one that Sarah Michelle Gellar is the lead ;) ). NOW, I'm not sure what to tell people about this one. Do you like movies without a real ending? Do you like movies that are barely an hour and a half? Well, if you do, this is the movie for you. Left me totally in limbo and I hate not having an ending that ties everything together. But that's just me. You'll have to decide for yourself on this one.
Two videos for your viewing pleasure. This is the "elephant eliminator" that the Chemical Engineering department uses to draw young impressionable high school students into the black hole that is a Bachelors of Chemical Engineering degree. If you hate Bama like I do, then you'll enjoy these.
