The AIDS ward. Fuck that McManus! "So we can all learn to live together," he had said. Christ! It was like being six again. In fact, that sounded just like Aunt Angie, when she made him and Petey color Bert and Ernie together after a particularly nasty fight. Because apparently just smacking them and getting it over with wasn't her thing. Yes, it was exactly like being six again, complete with Nino's you-brought-it-upon-yourself speech before leaving him to his miserable predicament.
