Keller’s rapacious eyes scanned through the area, when his look finally got caught by Beecher, who was uncharacteristically interested in some new show on TV. Chris knew it won’t take long to push Toby into the right direction.
He made his way to the target and slid his hand right on Beecher’s thigh. As always, very subtle gesture.
"What are you watching here, Beech?"
Toby’s eyes narrowed.
"It’s a new cops’ show." He sneered to Keller like to a total analphabet
"Really?" Keller grinned. "You don’t think it’s a little bit to harsh for you? Maybe you should watch something softer. Like "Barney", you know."
Toby shrugged.
"I just like the main character. That detective…" he purred. "He’s really sexy."
"You think you got any chances, Beecher?" Keller tried to hide his growing frustration.
"Well, I don’t mind to fool around with him even now. It depends from him. "Toby showed to rows of white teeth and Keller turned around. It was enough for him. Whatever games Beecher wanted to play, he wasn’t going to participate in.
Chris took a seat next to O’Reilly, his best friend, when Beecher was in his "little pissy bitch mode".
"So what’s going on?" He asked O’Reilly who was intensively starring at some familiar red head named Brian.
Ryan shook his head: there aren’t such coincidences.
"Oh, it’s that detective show," he mumbled. "SVU, I think…"
Chris didn’t answer and looked to Toby, who was smiling at him.
