No kink, no angst, but a tiny dash of hurt/comfort. And, of course, over the word limit...
~A Kiss to Make It Better~
Chris flinched as Toby pressed the washcloth, soaked in cold water, against his bruised face. It hurt, but Toby's free hand reached to stroke his hair and that felt good. Almost made a punch in the face worthwhile.
"Sooooo -- why'd Agt. Taylor clock you one?"
Chris shrugged. "Don't know. Well, I mighta insinuated he had some kinda ulterior motive in chasing my ass."
"Gee, can't think why that would get a rise out of him." Toby shook his head at him, exasperated and amused. "Feeling better?" He lifted the cloth for a look.
"Not a lot."
Toby leaned in to press a soft, discrete kiss to the injured flesh. "How about now?"
Fingers tangled in Toby's hair, Chris smiled. "Yeah, that's helping." Toby's kisses always chased the pain away.
