One round down
I made it to next week! I don't know how I did it but I did it! I thank those who voted for me. I had a lot of fun. Everyone did well for the most part. There was a lot of talent and some pretty good competition. There's one girl who had a wonderful voice and she sang "Bridge over Troubled Waters". I'm glad I didn't go on after her. I'm not jealous of anyone though. I'm trying not to look at it so much as a competition as more of a chance to have fun and share my gifrt with everyone. Steph did good too, although at first she didn't make it to next week but there was a mix-up in our names so I guess her peeps voted for me b/c they saw her name next to my song. I don't know how that works though. Everyone said they were told to vote by the song, and my family and friends made the changes on the sheet with the names and songs. Then again, I think that the people in charge should've said something out front so everyone can make changes or keep it in mind. I guess I could see why she was upset. But she's coming back next week. I already emailed my song in so I'm going to be ready to rock on! Hopefully there won't be any mix-ups this time!
