So yep. Things are starting to go okay again. Friday-Saturday was fuuun. I had the Ap test in the morning-- not so fun. But I am optimistic about my chances and well-doing. I knew a surprising amount of the multiple choices (surprising for how little I studied...) and did okay on the essays (except I almost actually apologized for how terrible my DBQ was... yikes).

After the test, me, Jenna, Tori, Becca, Spencer, and Chris Rice went to the Pita Pit for lunch, which was very amusing.

"We went to the Bagel Store and they were out of Bagels."
"Wait... a bagel resturant... on a college campus... at lunch time... OUT OF BAGELS?! IMPOSSIBLE!"

After lunch, Tori drove me downtown to await the DI homies, who ended up getting stuck in an over-long Mass (which the AP test thankfully excused me from). I had to wait for over an hour, since it was the Marian Mass and the parkinglots were a mess. Creepy hobos started to follow me around, but thankfully, Kyle Madsen showed up and we talked for about 20 minutes, which seemed to scare the hobos away (him and his jazzy sunglasses).

"I can't help today but thinking I look very Mormon..."

Then Jennie and Dwilly showed up and we quickly found Dan and Kenny, and just as we were about to leave, Kale and Joey showed up. So it was a good time. They got lunch and I ate ice cream (Chocolate Therapy is actually surprisingly theraputic after an AP exam...). Then we walked around for a while. Went to a bunch of stores, including Boo Radley's and the Paper Store that Rose works out (hung out with her until she got swamped with customers <3 <3 <3).

Then we went and walked around Riverfront Park for a long while. We tried to find the meaning of life on the tall statue (by having Jennie, Kenny, Dan, and Kale climb it while us lazy folk with slippery shoes watched) but the bicycling policeman came and yelled at us (which lead to the question of , "Why whould you write the meaning of life on the top of a statue that people arne't allowed to climb?")

So then Kale told us where we could find it again (under the heel of the man with the wheelbarrow, for you Spokies) and we did and I was most impressed with it (but I won't tell you what it is... it's for you to discover xD). Then we went and chased marmots (discovered again by the same bicycling policeman! I think he was following us, even though we weren't doing anything wrong).

Had an intresting conversation about Fabio which lead to the creation of this scene:
Joey: Sam, will you marry me?
Sam: Only if you buy me a cardboard cutout of Fabio!
Joey: ...ookay.
-some time later-
Sam: -has been romancing the cardboard cutout- Ohh... my cardboard Fabio!
Joey: -comes in with a boxcutter- WHERE IS THE CARDBOARD TRAMP?!!! I'M GONNA BOXCUT HIM SO--
Sam: NOOO!!!
-fin-

Eventually, Brendar showed up after his AP Euro test and he seemed just as braindead. So we went to Auntie's so I could find a picture of Fabio to show Kenny. Found one, as well as enough books to spend all my money on. Then we needed to get Brendar food. So we did and me and Jennie went to the Claires to find piratey things... found some stuff (including a sweet-ass mood ring and a sparrow necklace) then went back to the boys. And then it was about time for me and Dwilly to get to the Black Box for the improv show, so we dragged everyone along with us.

Got there and got our team together (me, Jo, Yanni, and Dwilly) and w ejust sort of hung out until it was time for the show to start. I was a little disapointed in the amount of people that came, but I think that was just because of the confusion with the redo and everything. In the end, though, both DI and Drama got $46 each, so that meant about 46 people came, which isn't bad at all. It was a lot of fun-- the scoring was biased, big time (for BOTH sides), but we ended up being tied anyways and it was all good. I got two people out in Questions, but foolishly repeated one by accident ('aren't you blind?" and "can't you see?"). But we were totally amazing on both Media Styles and Four Person Freeze (everyone said the latter was our best).

After this, Jennie came back to my house and spent the night. The next day, we got up and started to prepare for the BraveFruit part (despite the fact that there was no fruit in my house...). Went to a garage sale and I got a new bowl for my watercolor water (yay! I broke the old one that rose gave me the other day, sadly enough
Dan, Jo, and Brendar came for the party (the only fruit we actually ended up getting was a watermelon that no one ate xD) but the Braveheart watching was good.

So yep. And today I painted my mother's mother's day card (which you can see on my dA site xD).

And good times.
