Originally uploaded by hardlylove. Yesterday was a pretty lazy day, knitting and watching grey's anatomy. Made my way down to b-shoot around 5 to do my readymade duties. Between the entrance and the booth, something flew up into my eye and very much angered it. Not as bad as last thanksgiving, but it was pretty damn annoying. By the time I got to the booth, said hello and sat down everyone was like "wow, what happened to your eye? are you alright?"
Maybe I should start wearing protective goggles.
I got to see Jake and chat with him for a little bit, saw one of the girls from work and gave her a cd, and had a generally nice time except for the eye injury. They offered me back issues, which I didn't take because I (could've sworn I)have them. I should've taken them to give to friends though. It's a good magazine if you don't read it. [And also, I might not have them after all. Sad. ]
Today is just relaxing and doing nothing. I'm debating on stoping by work to pick up my paycheck, but I think it might be better if I didn't. One less day to spend it, you know? I was going to go downtown today and do some part time job applying, but with my eye the way it is, I think I'll wait until I look healthy. I will probably make my way down to the library to pick up some books on hold. I really need to just sit down and start reading, but I've been more interested in knitting.
