Said to connect universes, it's pretty darn famous. But one fateful day, it exploded, sending out massive energy thoughout the multiverse-dragging people though time, space and universes to Unova. And the big problem? They're stuck, until the Entralink is fixed. At least the world was kind enough to give people Pokemon, to join the world as trainers, breeders, workers... whatever.
