Edit: I had a long day at work so I got a little confused.. I'm pretty sure this is chapter 21..

-Chapter 21-

One of the roles of being the classroom leader was cell phone duty, something Seung Ri took very seriously. He found it to be one of the most important tasks of being class leader to be perfectly honest, and more so today than ever in the pass. Cell phone duty was when all the cell phones were placed in a basket and put under the care of the classroom leader, which by some miracle, Seung Ri had been elected to.

Today was his chance to sneak a peak into May Doni's mind through her phone. She didn't seem like the sort to delete messages from her phone in suspicion that someone would snoop through, and the boy did pray that this was the case. Should her inbox and out box be empty, he would never find out just how that girl opperated.

As soon as he snooped through her messages, he immediately wished that he hadn't, instantly regretting what it was he was reading.

Whoever this 'Max' character was, they seemed very close, and because there were so many references as to the differences of their schools, he got that nagging feeling in the back of his mind that it was an SM student that she was contacting, and not just any SM student.

Shim Changmin.

"Lee Seng Hyun apparently finds my lesson boring," the teacher said with a slight edge to her voice. At this, his classmates snickered silently at their classroom leader getting caught while his mind was wandering elsewhere.

Seung Ri quickly closed May Doni's phone and inclined his head slightly at the teacher, a makeshift bow, "Sorry, saesangnim. It won't happen again."

The teacher gave him a wary glance before saying in slightly more gentle tone, "See to it that it won't." This particular teacher seemed to have a bit of a soft spot for the boy, which was why he more often than not, got away with so many things that were traditionally punishable by detention or reprimands.

Now pretending to be completely submerged into the day's lesson, Seung Ri couldn't help but allow his mind to wander back over to May Doni's messages. The most recent messages he had found bothered him the most and caused him to frown thoughtfully.

Oppa, May Doni had written to SM's prodigy, when do you think we can meet up again?

We'll meet soon. I'll arrange something. Just hold tight, kurochi?

They were far too close for his liking, and wondered if he should at least warn Yenni of May Doni's choice of companions, but he hesitated. To tell Yenni, was to tell the whole school, because let's face it, the older Kim girl couldn't keep a secret to save her life.

He would wait, he reasoned with himself. If May Doni proved to be in any real trouble with her secret friendship, he would definitely spill all that he knew.

Only for her well being of course.

"Changminnie-ah!" Junsu hopped about the apartment to the best of his abilities, insisting that he was completely healed in such a short space of time and would be ready for their next soccer practice. "Make me something to eat. Jaejoong-hyung is still asleep and I refuse to eat anything Yunho-hyung or Yoochun make." He delivered an adorable pout, "You won't let me starve will you, Minnie-ah?"

Changmin wasn't at all amused by his hyung's adorable face, nor was he going to get up in order to make the boy something to eat. Instead, he flipped a page to the book he was reading and calmly responded, "Hyung, you should still be resting your ankle instead of hopping about and without your crutches. You could further irritate your injury."

Yunho snickered at the youngest boy's words and shook his finger at Junsu, only to be scolded by the apartment's baby as well. "Yunho-hyung, as his captain, you should be encouraging him to take it easy instead of challenging him in rounds of Dance Dance Revolution. What if he re-injures himself and is never able to play again?"

True, Yunho had challenged the boy in countless rounds of the popular dancing game, only because he knew that Junsu was in no physical condition to actually win. Injured was the only time Yunho even had a prayer to beat the boy. "Changmin, you're being a little mean today."

Junsu poked the boy's cheek and pouted slightly, "So this means you won't be making me anything to eat?"

A flip of the page was the only answer he recieved.

Yunho grinned and shook his head, understanding perfectly why Changmin was so annoyed with the two boys at the moment. Boa had come calling, looking for Jaejoong in order to give him a present. Or to better describe in, an attempt to win over a heart that would have a higher chance of stopping suddenly then ever beat rapidly for her.

Upon hearing Boa's voice on the other side of the door, Junsu's ankle magically 'fractured' all over again and he was in inconsolable pain. To keep from disturbing the rest of his roommates, he locked himself up in his room where he could wail in privacy.

And avoid Boa.

Yunho had decided to take the longest hottest shower of his life when he discovered that it was the one girl he didn't mind if he never saw again, which left poor Changmin to face Boa on his own.

"What did Babo-ah want anyway?" Junsu asked curiously when he realized just why Changmin was so upset with his hyungs. "I mean, I already know that she's going after Jaejoong-hyung, but what could she possibly want to give him?" He leaned over the back of the couch and read over Changmin's shoulder, an action he knew the youngster hated with a passion.

Changmin pulled his bookmark from the back of the book he was reading without missing a single beat and gently smacked Junsu's forehead with it. "Present," was all the boy said, his eyes never straying, nor his attention wavering. "Tickets or something, I wasn't really listening to her."

Though it was Junsu who took the bookmark, which was really an envelope, it was Yunho who took it from the younger boy and opened it to reveal two carnival passes. "Ah," he breathed in slight annoyance before flicking it back to Changmin, "you think she's trying to hint toward something?"

"Oh! I love the carnival!" Junsu cried happily. "You think me and Chunnie can go?"

"You're on crutches hyung," Changmin sighed, finally closing his book and putting it down, "Besides, they're not for you. Whether it's a present from Boa or not, it's still Jaejoong-hyung's." To be perfectly honest, if Jaejoong and Yunho went, it would be the perfect opportunity for them to finally communicate with one another without the prying eyes or ears of others. They had been a lot closer lately, but not quite close enough. It was if there were some sort of wall or barrier separating the two.

Changmin hoped that his hyungs would be able to conquer this wall and finally tear it down.

Yunho took a seat on the couch next to Changmin and spoke with a small smile, "Minnie's right, Susu-ah. If Jae gives them to you, then by all means, you and Yoochun should go, but only if you make a miracalous recovery and are able to properly walk without wincing."

Junsu crossed his arms over his chest and huffed, knowing the Yunho was setting the impossible up for him, simpy to prevent him from going. "You could have just said 'no', hyung."

"I don't think that little brat will really give him the tickets," Boa pouted, crossing her arms over her petite frame and making doubly sure that her audience was attentive by stamping her foot on the ground with as much force she could possible muster.

Ji Hun rolled his eyes and attempted not to laugh at the pathetic form of human life actually standing before him. "Ya, Kwon Boa, didn't I tell you to stay away from me?" He shook his head and leaned back against the brick building that made up the administration building of his school. "You know, following me to school and forcing me to look at your face is certainly a criminal offense, so back off before I report you."

"Not until I get Jaejoong for myself." She turned her angry glance on Rain, genuinely pissed that she had not yet caught the eye of SM's newest face. She had been successful in roping any guy she had wanted in the past, and her biggest had accomplishments had been Dong Wook, Yoochun and Yunho all in one go, but now it was if she had lost her fighting edge.

Rain simply shook his head at the patetic female, trying his hardest not to laugh at her. How hard was it for her to grasp the concept that Jaejoong was simply not her's to be won? The new boy was already confused enough what with having Yunho and Dong Wook pulling from opposite sides, did this girl really expect to shake things up even more? Rain crossed his arms over his chest, smirk slowly slipping from his face and he fixed the girl with a serious glance. "Why are you so persistant about this, Boa?"

No matter what answer the girl delivered, he was positive that he would believe little to none of it. To Boa, Jaejoong was just another pretty face, something to tie herself to while in her quest to gain even more popularity, whether it be for positive or negative reasons.

Boa rolled her eyes, "You should know better than anyone, Ji Hun-ah. We're so similar sometimes, in what we want."

At being put on the very same pedestal as Boa, Rain's expression soured, but quickly smirked as a thought occured to him, just as the electronic bell began to chime, signifying the end of his lunch hour. "Well, why don't we meet at the carnival that you more than likely won't be meeting Jaejoong at?" He smirked smugly at her, "I must be off to class, so the upcoming carnival this weekend is the perfect time and place for us to meet and discuss your situation." He waved her off and turned about so that he could be off.

Boa frowned at him, clearly pissed at his suggestion. To be perfectly hoesnt, she didn't understand why it was always Rain she sought out whenever she wanted to persue a new boy toy, and though she was rather annoyed with him as of late, she had to admit that the saying 'old habits die hard,' was especially in this situation.

With a small sigh, the girl retreated from the public school's campus. The carnival would be in town in two day's time. On the day of the carnival she would finally be able to get to Rain, make him break down and spill everything he had learned about Kim Jaejoong. She knew that Rain had the boy watched, knew that he had gathered information on the beautiful boy, knew that Rain only pretended not to know anything about the angel faced Jaejoong.

In two day's time, Kim Jaejoong would be her's.

"Mine," she whispered silently to herself.

"All mine."

Babo - Fool **It's kind of playing with Korean a little bit.. You know she's Boa and put 'ba' in front of her name it's as if you're calling someone fool.. As if it's really their name.  You may not think it's cute.. I do.. ^___^
