Oh man I love his new hair. I never even thought for one second he'd cut it off. At least not just randomly. But wow, I bet if I had heard he did it and had no picture of it I'd probably think I was going to hate it but it's yummy. Another reason William is a God - he will always look good. Though he looks a bit scared in this picture, perhaps a bit tipsy? Hehe, I wonder where the HAIR is.
