Braving the storm..
I can't believe I didnt mention this yesterday..
Wednesday night was the night of the storm.. Mad rain.. Lightening.. Thunder.. The whole nine yards. Chad, Derrick, Ian, Dustin, Matt B and I had made plans to go to Fort TraLaLaLa.. **SIDENOTE: For those of you that are new to my LiveJournal.. Fort TraLaLaLa is located in Fibbes back yard.. We're not sure who's land it is.. But it's way out in the woods and we took it upon ourselves to cut down trees and build a fort.. Complete with 4 walls made out of tarps and a tower in the process of being built.** We headed back to the fort around midnight and started getting our drink on.. Shortly after it started pouring so we sat around some candles in the fort.. We talked about how Fibbe is leaving.. Therefore Im going to be the President of Fort TraLaLaLa (That means if you ever wanna come you better get on my good side.. Heh) Anyway.. Im not really sure how.. But we were all drunk as hell in no time.. Chad and Dustin to the point of getting sick.. We had to start the fire 2x because the rain put it out.. Of course when it was finally time to leave.. It was bigger than it had been all night. Anyway.. We ended up having to practically carry Chad back to his house.. Which wasnt easy with the muddy ground.. Up and downhill climbing.. Not to mention all the trees slapping us in the face because we were too drunk to realize they were there. We finally got back up to Chads house.. He went inside and went to bed.. And we piled into the camper and slept.
Awesome times. I know Ive mentioned this a million times before.. But I truly love these boys.. They are so much fun to be around.. And I hope that they don't mind having me around.
