Am I saved?
These past few weeks have been hectic indeed.
-Job search has gone sour, 10+ places applied at and only one call back from the 2010 U.S. Census to work as a Census taker.
-Unemployment benefits were cut back by almost 75% so I'm getting wayyyyy under what I need to live at my apartment without any warning from them in advance to save myself.
-Drama between friends (now resolved, thank god!)
But now I have a job interview tomorrow for Mouser Custom Cabinetry at Noon!
Any of my friends who follow and read my blogs knows what happen to me back in February last year, getting laid off due to the economy. So I dunno what to expect from this interview. Will I get hired on the spot? When I first worked for them, that did happen. So i'm hopeful.
At the same time, I was really pushing to return and work with my sister at Zappos.com. I loved the atmosphere there, plus the free catering, drinks, and ice cream, plus a Internet cafe and Rock Band was a plus there. Plus the job was cake and the hours were great!
Regardless, I need income otherwise I'll be back on the streets. I just hope if returning to Mousers, we back on a full 5 day work week.
Will I finally get out of unemployment?....will we see tomorrow, wish me luck LiveJournal!
