[All of Bubbles' guardians have asked her kindly not to play in the rain - and that's something Bubbles understands, because she was never allowed to play in the rain back home, either. Lightning might hit you, or something around you. The electricity in the lightning can travel through water, so you should never be in water during a lightning storm. And if the winds get fierce enough, your raft might tip over and you might drown. No one wants anything to happen to you, Bubbles.
