[Bubbles is sitting before the PCD with a little pile of paper in front of her. She looks serious, which is her intention, of course. In the background, this song is playing endlessly. She doesn't seem bothered by it, though.]
Hello everybody! This is a very important news bulletin!
[She shuffles the papers in front of her a bit, because she's seen the news people on TV do this back home, so it seems like The Thing To Do when giving an important news bulletin.]
A great crime has been committed in Adstringadingaling. Some nice elephants were minding their own business somewhere where elephants are... and some tall person came and stole their things! And they were important things, too! Their trunks and their ears. We have pictures!
[She holds up a picture.] This is an elephant! And this... [She holds up another one.] This is an elephant without its ears or its trunk! Look at the poor elephant... It's just a BALL with EYES! [She throws the pictures, upset about this.]
The elephants don't see too good, so they didn't get a good look at who took their trunks and ears, but they told me it was somebody TALL. So I'm looking for a tall person who might have suddenly gotten some trunks and ears that DON'T BELONG TO THEM. We have to find them and make them give these things back, so the elephants don't have to be embarrassed anymore. It's really important!
I made a diagram to help us find this person. [She holds up one more picture.] As you can see, the person we are looking for is TALL. Thank you. This has been an Important News Bulletin.
[She nods, sooooooo seriously, then ends the transmission.]
[A moment later, another transmission goes out - this one much shorter.]
Also, I need crayons, so I can draw in colors. Thank you.
