The new house!
So we've been in our new house for almost 3 weeks now! WOW! Doesn't seem that long! Though I guess 3 weeks isn't that long! Haha.
Things have been going VERY well! The house is starting to look like a home. Come the first week in April, my living room will look like a home, and come around my birthday, my bedroom will look like a home! So just the kitchen and the bathroom do right now I guess. Haha. We also need some curtains/blinds in this place. Bare windows are creepy. But things are well. I'm enjoying cooking dinner. Not enjoying thinking of what to MAKE for dinner, but enjoying cooking it. Even washing dishes hasn't been too bad. And I even have to admit, cleaning the bathroom isn't as hellish a task as we all think it to be. But I enjoy it :) Everything about having my own house. Col and I bicker a lot, but who wouldn't spending 24/7 together, right? Actually right now he's working A LOT. He's out of the house by 430ish, and doesn't get home til 7. It sucks, but it's gonna bring us a ton of money. Plus he's done his trial period or whatever on Friday, so that's a $3 raise.
And Kristi finally has a job. I'll wait for you to pick yourself up off the floor after falling out of your chair. I work at a dermatologist office in Shillington called DermDX. It's part time, Monday through Thursday 10-4 with a paid hour lunch. I work the front desk with a girl named Ann, and after 3 months, I can train with the Physician's Assistant, and do some of her stuff as well. That way if Ann takes vacation I can work the front desk full time, and if Kathy (the PA) takes vacation I can work a full week doing that. I love it there. Kathy, Ann, and I goof off all the time, and they're great to chat with. The Drs are pretty cool too. I just met the second one today. Kinda kooky, but they're neat :)
So as you can see, things are really falling into place! Feel free to come visit anytime, but if you wanna sit somewhere other than the floor, don't come until the beginning of April! Haha. I'm so happy right now. So very very happy!!!!!!!!
