(no subject)
So I was going to repost an old entry about Abortion that I had written in my last Xanga site and had saved on myspace, but I just received and email from my dad's girlfriend saying that my cousin Nick, who I didn't really know that well and haven't seen in years died in his apartment around last Thursday or so. According to her it was a few days before anyone found him in his apartment. She didn't specify how. But it's really sad because he was young. About my age. I forget if he's a little older or younger than I am. It's just really sad.
My dad is still in prison for another 2 weeks or so, but according to Kelly, his girlfriend she thinks they will let him out for the funeral and I may or may not hear from him. She thinks he'll probably take advantage of this time out and give me a call before or after the funeral if he can. Maybe. And she provided me with my Grandmother Caroline's phone number and my Aunt Theresa's (Nick's mother)
I think I might want to send a card or something. I feel like if I call it will be awkward. It' s been ages since I've spoken to any of them.
Death makes me sad. Whether it's someone I know and in my family or not. :(
