a very serious note as well...a revolution man
why should we all sit here, be captives, held bondage, against our will and oppressed by these want to be super heroes? why must me grant them the authority to destroy our will, to take away certain rights, and call them priveleges that we must earn? by these rights, i mean happiness. happiness is the key to a long-lasting, healthy life. yet, governments have repeatedly taken away the key and disposed of it. we as priveleged young adults must take action, we must do SOMETHING. these people, though we cannot overthrow them, we can go around them. this is about poverty, about jobs, about starving families that are homeless. not only in our own country, but abroad as well. you might look at this and analyze me as a person, and say what is he trying to prove? he wants attention? what DOES he want? man, compared to other children, compared even to other adults, we are millionaires. im not talking a simple check or cash donation, i'm talking about hands on. why not? why not be responsible, upstanding, appreciative, understanding, and caring people? think about the last really good deed that you have done. and dig deep and ask yourself are you doing what you can? are you doing anything at all? maybe you think this is an outreach from a sorrowful soul who has done nothing for anybody, maybe that is me. i dont know, all i do know is there are times when people have to stand up. this is a revolution. we're overthrowing pain, suffering, and poverty. uplifting happiness, joy, and elation. why should we let our generation be named GENERATION X, we are not to be labeled as a generation of failures, drug addicts, and trash. we should, we must be known as generation help, generation love, im not talking about some "hippy" tree hugging, im talking about loving the people and doing something about it, because in all realities, we are brothers. we are sisters. whats wrong with church? whats wrong with understanding the ways in which mankind should, but dont act. a revolution. if you are sitting here thinking, chris thome has no merit. who is he to try to do something good? then you dont know me. and you can repent later in life for doing nothing. if you are sitting here thinking that chris thome is rambling, he'll put no actions to words, then you are wrong. i am deciding to dedicate my energy to positivity, not negativity. im dedicating my energy to making people happy, because that is the only way i see myself being truly happy again. pain is running through my blood, and that is a personal matter in which none of you all know, however i know that you too are in pain. you too feel these chains of oppression throughout school, law, and daily life cutting off your circulations. some get high. they find a buzz. i say, get high off of life. get high off of helping people and making their life wonderful.......this is totally serious......so i ask sincerely, honestly, with every ounce of my being, will you help me?
