Fill: The Birds and the Bees
Now that his little colonies are in their teens, England figures it's time for The Talk. So he gathers all of them to get over it as quickly and less painfully as possible.
But:
-Hong Kong is bent on making this as hard as possible, asking all kinds of horrible questions and smirking
-Canada wants the earth to swallow him
-America is the worst of all because he's doing the same as Hong Kong, only in real innocence. And loudly. Very
-India is laughing her head off, seeing as she's way more experienced that England himself
-Australia is the only one little enough to not understand what's going on (bonus if anon can make him misunderstand everything England saysXD)
-France keeps laughing at and correcting him at the worst possible times
Bonus: China says "I hope to the gods I'm here only as Hong Kong's caretaker, because if you're seriously trying to teach me about sex..."
Superbonus for France/Hong Kong, where the kid gets interested in France's obviously more informed answers to everything and France is impressed at Hong Kong's knowledge and maturity and looks
