What'll it take to get a racetrack in this place? I can't keep waiting til 3:00am.

It would provide jobs, a place for people to spend time. Little to no drawbacks.

It's not something that can be explained easily. There's a connection between the car and the road at those kind of speeds, nothing like that rush.
