it's getting hot in here...
heeeeeyyyyy. so i just saw an opossum. it's creepy looking, and stupid. but lauren didn't hit it with her car, so that's good. lauren - i hope you are safe and sound at your dog's baby-sitting house tonight. call me if you get scurred. haha
Um, so yeah...today i worked. a lot. oh but yesterday first...
Went to KZoo (my future home away from home) yesterday, well actually on Thursday night with my mom. we stayed at this cute little hotel, and woke up really early on friday morning for my transfer transition day. i got my ID card, saw Mike pisha, and took a tour of campus. That was basically it. our tour guide was really nice, and she said that anytime I can e-mail her if i'm ever feeling lost. so it's good to know that i have an upper -upper- classman looking out for me.
Then I went over to arthur's when i got home and we went over to the mall to meet up with bridget and matt and then went to coldstone, but when we got back to arthur's we couldn't eat the icecream cuz it was all melty - so it's still in his freezer...mm cake batter ice cream. my FAVORITE!
Okay, now back to today. worked from 10:30-6. that wasn't fun, but janine is nice and then arlen came in later in my shift, and that was cool, too. I get along better with the younger ones at Olgas now than I did before. I guess it's cuz I don't really work with them as much, so it's easier to not get annoyed with them. Andy (my manager) was acting ghetto soo much today. I was laughing so hard. I swear, when he's back in the office, he's doing crack or something...It's great.
And then I came home, and the Polulaks and Nevilles (well, the Neville parents) were over. And we had steak, and I got to talk to Jackie for a bit, which was cool. I haven't really talked to her in a while. It's weird. But we had fun, making fun of little kids in Amy's yearbook just like Jill used to do to ours. Haha. Good times.
And then I went to Kim's grad party. And it was lots of fun. The DJ was funny, and so was the little kid who knew all the words to "Get Low". Hahaha. He dances sooo great, him and his weird moves. But it was funny. And it was great to see Kim again. I haven't seen her in so long. I missed Spletzer though, which I'm upset about. And Crabtree. I miss that girl, she's so nice. But I did get to hang out with Lauren a lot. And we danced until the cops came. Haha, that sounds funny. But it's true. Apparently, he was getting calls from "2 blocks away" that the music was too loud. Umm...my parents could BARELY hear it. Whatever. But Mrs. Stevenson didn't get a ticket or anything, so that's cool. And I beat Lauren's ass (as the DJ told me to) at pool. Yes, I win! And Lauren - I wanna try that stuff...you know, your "water bottle". Hah.
And now, I must be off to bed. Going out for breakfast for father's day. I love my dad - and he loves his margaritas. haha. um yeah, good night.
