I really need to get my sleeping patterns back..
I have been having insomnia on and off. Some days i sleep real good, some days i don't sleep at all and others is that i sleep and wake up and have trouble falling back asleep again.
My body feels so tired and i am exhausted. I can fee like my body is being killed from the inside.
Having bad stomach pains, unable to sleep well. Stress due to projects.
Anymore and i will really break down and my body will be at its weakest it has ever been.
A dream has power to poison sleep.
