What's with the question mark there? That should be an EXCLAMATION MARK of love. Maybe even BOLD.

So we can say some thing like, "We love you too!" or "DITTO! (which means something dirty in Japanese, as you well know)" or... "WHOO!"

But so, all we can say. "Yeah, you love us." or "Yeah, you love us. We love you, too" - which, let's be honest... mmm~ the effect is not that great.
