I'm driving up the neighborhood about 15 minutes ago, when I see a lady walking her little stupid dog. Now, before I'm even remotely close to her or her dog, she starts freaking out. So he goes to grab her dog (she's walking on the far side of the road) who is on a leash, and is yelling at me. I can't hear her, so I purposely go towards the opposite side of the road, to be as far away from her as possible (beacuse it's just safer).
And as I'm passing her, she's flayling her arms, and yelling "SLOW DOWN!"
I'm going 28 mph, in a 25 zone, and no closer than 8-10 feet from her..
whatever. :(
