Now if someone wants to upload these songs for moi .. because listening to radio just ISN'T my style, I would be very very appreciative :-) .. maybe my peeps at work won't be so appreciative :-) But I really would be!!
Today, was a good day .. :-) productive and great .. albeit I rocked in at 10.20am .. hhmm oops :-) but that's been my earliest this week so YAY! GO ME! :-)
I'm having issues with people taking up too much machine time .. MANA stupid Mana I swaer I wanna kick her at least 3 times a day! TOP SECRET REVEALED!! Year in industry/work experience is about sucking up to EVERYONE in the lab .. PARTICULARLY the lab rats .. becuase it's THEM who relay the information back to the senior supervisors .. so piss off the lab rats, and you're on your way DOWN!!! Yes, I am a power hungry corrupted monster .. ggrrr >:-) but honestly .. we've had four students in the last .. Eva Kamila Amaury and stupid Mana .. the first 3 are welcome back ANYTIME as soon as there's a job going .. but Mana? No way .. NEVER!!! But there's always a lab rat .. in every organisation .. if it's the person who makes the coffee .. or the secretary .. or the assistant .. once you find them .. SUCK UP TO THEM!! And do their shit jobs .. they will appreciate it and rave about you when you're not there .. also you can ask them all the stupid questions that you're too embarressed to ask your supervisor and thus when talking to you supervisor you're prepared and don't say tool-ish things :-)
But MANA!! She used the PCR machine while I was setting up in the afternoon .. I was going to kill her. I was going to take her reactions OUT of the machine .. and put them in the autoclave .. just for "fun" .. she's effectively pushed me back 2 days and I need results by MONDAY!! How am I supposed to publish my nature paper without results?!?!? Pah! And this isn't the first time she's done it. She reckons a buffer I made up is contaminated .. I said .. "and?" .. she said .. "and .. is there a new one?" .. I gave her the recipe .. :-D .. she wasn't impressed :-) Sometimes I feel sorry for her .. but I quickly get over that :-)
I fixed the RT-PCR machine .. of course Mana and Gursh were using it and it just sort of died .. :-( It wouldn't let them save after thier run .. so they thought all was lost!! Until I comes and fix it :-) .. but ssssshhhh it was as simple as re-extracting and importing the data .. but .. let's make it into something akin to rocket science ;-)
