Hopefully in S2 we'll get how Grandmom & Granddad Pretrelli, Mr. Deveaux, and Mr. Linderman tried to save the world and failed. I really want to know what their powers were/are.

So my theory is they tried to save the world, failed and they decided a new tactic but some were not as on board as they maybe should have been. Were they saving the world ( Read more... )

Now if Hiro pinpointed the time in which to go back in order to prevent all that, how did Hiro and Ando get to Dark!Hiro five years later in a future that technically shouldn't exist since Hiro went back in time and changed things.
*scratches head* But he hasn't changed it all yet when he goes in the future...

Back to Peter with a scar. He was still hot. And he had no chemistry with Nikki. I didn't feel anything.
You didn't even feel the potential for some super powerful moments in bed? I mean, with both their powers, woah!

Niki: OMG, that's exactly what I need. You're reading my mind, you bastard!

Peter: *g*

Niki: OMG, how are you doing this? I mean, you're like, everywhere...

Peter: That's called telekinesis. *g*

Niki: OMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMG! Ooooooooooh! Aaaaaaah! Eeeeeerrrr..... SON OF A BITCH! You can't disappear at this exact moment ( ... )

Still. For some reason, it doesn't make sense. Science was never my strong suit.

I didn't even think of that.

I was thinking the same thing about the future / past thing.
Maybe it is a parallel universe?

I thought of that too but then I dismissed it b/c is that possible in time travel? To switch universes? I'm probably thinking about this way too much. But then again that applies to pretty much all things fandom.

Well the next volume of the show is called "Generations" (the first season was "Origins"), so I'm pretty sure we'll be getting lots of the backstory of the previous generation of heroes. My personal theory is they split because of different views on the future. Angela and Linderman seem to believe the future is set in stone, so the only thing to do is try to use whatever's coming to your best advantage. Hiro's father and any others who thought the future could still be changed would have seen that as wrong ( ... )

That's what I'm thinking. I totally missed when they said Angela's name. I kept thinking did anyone say her name yet? What is her name?

But maybe Dom's right and Hiro can only travel within his OWN past and future, so he ended up in the Five Years Gone-verse because he hadn't gone back in time to change the future yet.
I like that.

I had a lightning bolt about Sylar and what he does with the brains last night. I think he's a mechanical empath, unlike emotional empath Peter, so he has to see and understand how the powers can work before he can use them. I think he dissects the brains the way he would take apart a watch.
Yeah for lightning bolts. That makes so much sense. Peter has been described as all heart so it makes sense he would be an emotional empath. So with Sylar and the watches it makes sense about have the need to see how things work.

I like the way you think.
