Why is it every time I go to Best Buy there are like several employees chiling, milling about but when I call to speak to somewhere no one can answer the phone? Are they not allowed to answer phones or something?
I, well Jay did, got a call from Gateway about my laptop. The call back number was wrong. Way to go Gateway. I call the general 1-800 # for them and they tell me they never received my laptop. Say what? I call Best Buy's Geek Squad. It took 20 minutes during two separate phones call to speak to someone. WTH? They said they don't send it to Gateway. They send it somewhere else. They are just waiting for it to be shipped back. So I'm like what was that Gateway call about? Getting me all freaked out for nothing. I was ready to go to Best Buy and rip someone a new one for a) losing my laptop and b) not picking up the damn phone.
