We have Bradford Pears right outside my window at school. My room is upstairs and it gets so hot before they turn the a/c on for the year, but I hate to open the windows b/c those trees kill my allergies and they stink!

The Bradford Pear trees are pretty...but just stinky and full of pollen. I'm glad they're almost finished blooming now. Right now the oaks and hickories and ...something else..are coating everything with pollen. Our vehicles have been green for days and days. We wash them off and they're green again the next morning. We have tons of trees on our property, including a huge oak..so we're getting doused!
