I laugh so I don't cry
Oh my goodness. The movie adaptation of Priest begins filming next month. The promo poster says it'll be out sometime in 2010. It's gonna be a horrible train wreck that I won't be able to look away from.
So we've got Paul Bettany (aka Silas and also apparently Michael from Legion who knew!) as Ivan, so they've got that going for them. Then we've got Karl Urban (damnit, he's a doctor, Jim!) doing 'Black Hat', head vampire who I WILL GUESS wears a black hat, Cam Gigandet (oh, this is an impressive resume... daytime teen soaps, Twilight, The Unborn... tho this reminds me that I want to see Pandorum when it comes out) as a sheriff and Maggie Q as a 'warrior preistess'... she was in Live Free or Die Hard. Was she the chick who was kicking everyone's ass left and right? I might be okay with that. :U
Man, I can't wait for pictures or clips to start coming in for this. It's gonna hurt like Transformers all over again. Awesome.
