Hello everybody! I have been going through some really bad stuff with my grandpa lately. He is in the hospital for a bowel blockage among other things, and fhe was acting up yesterday. It was really scary because he has always been the quietest, sweetest gentleman; yesterday he was yelling and cursing at my grandma, and he wanted to get out of the hospital. He was hallucinating too. It really upset my grandma, made her cry. Well, that really got to me. My grandma has always been the strongest, funniest, most stubborn Sicilian woman. Last night, I was really upset. I talked to a few of my friends about it. They are such Godsends. They all comforted me and prayed for my family and especially for my grandpa. This morning when my dad went to visit him, he was back to his normal, polite self. I am not sure that he even knew what happened yesterday. The POWER of PRAYER is truly amazing. I was feeling really discouraged yesterday too. Ashley told me this bible verse that she likes. I looked it up, and when I read a few of the surrounding verses, they really touched my heart. It was a total GOD THING. I told her that it just uplifted me. THANK YOU GOD for giving me such amazing friends. THANK YOU everybody for praying for me and for my grandpa and for my family. All I can say is....HURRAY FOR GOD, PRAYER, and GREAT FRIENDS!!!!!
