Oh poor abandoned livejournal. I remember freshman year when you were the latest craze. Now, I hear on the radio...that myspace has surpassed google. I refuse to get myspace. Just the principle of the thing.
I'm back in Berkeley for the rest of the summer. I just got a job at Cafe de la Paz...nothing exciting just office work. I'm about 2 hours away from finishing my lab project. Then maybe they'll get me a new project where I get to inject carcinogen into rats and further the science realm. I've taken to playing poker on Monday nights. I know the rules, but I really don't know how to play to win...so I lose my money every week. Less than 2 weeks until the SF half-marathon. The start time is freakishly early: 5:30am. It's the only one that goes across the bridge...the only reason to wake up that early. This will be my third and last half for a while. Mainly, cause I don't think my body can handle all these long distance races...and I'll need to cut back on the training to do more important things like study for the GRE's.
Hmmm...what else? Irene is coming up on Friday at 6am. very exciting.
