New Stable, New Trainer
I've moved on to a different stable. I wasn't expecting it to be so nice. It's amazing - it houses maybe 50 horses, has state of the art everything, it's very clean, has a comfy lounge with a full kitchen, and two very nice large and clean bathrooms. Carriage Ridge is about 10x nicer than Capitol View and the rate is cheaper.
The only odd thing about it is the location, and it's not a bad thing just odd. To drive there it's like this: Drive out of town, country road, coutry road, enter McMansion subdivision and wham, basically within the subdivision is the stable. So richy-rich, I totally love it! Made me wish I were driving a Benz and had on breeches. GA! As much as I hate to admit it, I'm totally a rich-bitch wanna-be. Oh well.
Unfortunately, their farrier trimmed all the school horses hoofs too short to shod and so I'll have to wait another week and a half at least before I can get back to training. But it was nice to meet Susie my new instructor and to check out the stable. I think I'll be very happy there. YAHOO!
