woohoo!!!
hola...bonjourno...bonjour...and, hello. well tonight concludes my amazing vacation to europe with a lovely stay in barcelona, spain. *sigh* so the past 11 days I have been on a disney cruise on the mediterranian. and let me tell you it has been one of the greatest things in my entire life. aside from getting incredibly annoyed of my mother, stepfather, aunt, uncle, brother and two teenage cousins....i found myself completely amazed by the beauty that these countries hold. I mean to be able to spend a lovely summer afternoon in sicily or spend the day in the ruins of Pompeii or visit small village on top of mountains that seem unreachable in France is just unbelievable. I have learned so much about other cultures and about just how rude some americans can be, it kind of made me want to tell them that i didn't live in the us (eek), but i've also learned so much about myself and what i want to do with my life. after so many days of trying to get used to certain people i've realized waht my weaknesses and strengths are as a person, friend, and family member. and i mean, what other better way of figuring yourself out than sitting on theside ofa mounain overlooing a neverending sea of vineyards and eating pain au chocolat? by the way the food was absolutely amazing, the extra couple lbs i've put on are not that great however. *sigh* i'm ready to come home and see those who i miss and love with all my heart. it's kind of weird to think that i'll be coming home and my sister is now a "wife", almost surreal in a way. so many changes so many changes...i feel like a completely different person, in fact i really do think i'm a whole new me.hehe ciao
