It is possible to ship it as flat? qq $7.00 would be not worth it for me then... because on Ebay is a complete set for $11 x.x

Sorry, I don't think I could ship it as a flat. The limit on letter rate is 1/4" thick, and the ring on the charm is about that thick by itself. I wouldn't be able to include any padding, and the charm might get squashed in the mail and/or tear a hole in the letter.
