I'm not sure how many of you are here or how many of you are even listening to this, but here goes. [ A low, quiet breath before he continues. ]
This is Shepherd. [ A pause. He's not dealing with the military, anymore. It's hard to forget, sometimes. ] Alex Shepherd.
I was one of the first to arrive here a few weeks ago and I've been slowly collecting information [ reconnaissance, patrols. Something familiar to him, where nothing else is ] on this place. I'm gathering what I can on my own, but if any of you have anything of value you can tell me, I want to hear it.
And.. if any of you have seen a boy, nine years old, with dark hair and eyes - I need to know. His name's Josh. I'm not sure he's here but I'd appreciate if you all kept an eye out, in case things change. [ In case this is just another part of the sick world he was trapped in before. ]
