[Anyone passing the open door to Leonardo's room may see him tinkering with something. On the desk in front of him is his communicator and a sketchbook, a pen in his left hand ashis right holds up the small device. He's managed to take the back off of it, though it isn't broken -he's simply looking at the mechanics of the inside, and then drawing

[ He's taken to exploring this place - there's much to be seen, to understand and know about this strange place. He pauses, though, in his silent pacing through the halls to peek at the source of the voice, eyes flicking towards the open door. He takes a quiet, cautious step towards the door to observe the man within, one brow arching. ]

I see it did not take you long to let your curiosity get the better of you, Leonardo.

[ A step in to the room and he's looming behind the other man, eyes sweeping the sketch and the backless device. ]

[He recognises the voice instantly, and begins speaking before he's even turned around]

With such an extraordinary little device, how could I notbe curious~?

[Straightening up, he looks over at Ezio, blue eyes wide with excitement]

Look at this! [Pointing to one of his sketches] All the intricate pieces...I'm not sure what it can do, but if only I could make it work, then perhaps I could figure out it's use. Maybe it could even help us get home somehow!

[ He reaches over, tapping his finger lightly against the sketch. ]

These.. buttons. They will turn the device on. [ He reaches into his clothing, pulling out his own device to show Leonardo. ] It allows us to speak with and see the others hear.

[ He takes a step away, setting into an almost thoughtful pace. ]

But if you think this device can help to get us home, I know of someone who can teach us more of this device. [ He's sure he can find her, no problem. ]

[Following Ezio's vague instruction, Leonardo snaps the device back together, and presses the 'on' button, his face lighting up in silent ectasy when the thing does, in fact, begin working]

It is only a theory Ezio, but even if it cannot help us do that, allowing us to communicate over distance is still a great asset!

[ He leans closer as the device turns on, still entranced by such a thing. Something so ahead of their own time. ]

It is. I can use this device to tell you of anything I have found to assist us in leaving this place.

Exactly my point

[His answered is directed at Ezio, although his attention is 98% on the communicator. He has no idea where to begin with it as he turns it over in his hands, admiring every part of it at every angle. Eventually though, he turns his attention back to his friend]

Who is this person you mentioned before? The one who can tell us more about it?
