My sister's moving on Saturday. I can't really say that I'll miss her. We don't really bond and we're completely different people. I am happy for her, though. But in the past week, at least 8 people have asked me if I'm going to miss her, and even though I probably come off ass a heartless-prick, I reply with honesty. Which, of course, gives leeway to perplexed looks. I'm the king of generating these looks though, so it's nothing new.
Tomorrow's a big day for me. I plan to get up bright and early so that I can take care of any last-minute fetch-quests that may be handed my way.
Oh, and I was entering the Holland Tunnel this afternoon, in gridlock traffic, and I got a $115 ticket for "blocking the box". Just me, out of like, 3432 other cars who were doing the same thing. The first thing I said when the NYPD-Traffic guy pulled me over was, ".....really?" And for the record, I'm not paying for that ticket; Mr. Bloomberg can kiss my ass.
