Meatless Pepper Sausages recipe i made up today

6 (read: 12, cus they split apart into 2) non-meat soy sausage patties
1 small red onion sliced in rings
1 scallion, sliced in rings
1/2 red pepper diced
1 can of hearts of palm
several spoonfuls of black olives and the juice
2-3 pepperoncini's and juice
pepper
cumin
lawry's seasoned salt (tho im not sure how necessary any of these spices were, reg salt might work)

defrost patties
sautee onions and scallions in extra virgin olive oil (has a stronger taste)
throw in some of the diced pepper
once nicely browned, add patties and break up with fork in the stirfry pan
stir and toss over fire until patties are broken up like hamburger helper
add hearts of palm and rest of pepper
add olives and juice
add pepperoncinis and juice
toss and stir
season

serve on whole grain baguette.

im impressed with myself. this came out gooood. and its a good veggie dish that doesnt taste like cardboard and actually has the consistency of meat, not jiggly tofu. i want more, but i should sleep.
