(no subject)
So I'm actually home home for at least a few days (well, perhaps starting next week what with these Lansing goings-on). Supposedly I'm getting paid for that, though.
Oh, for everyone who doesn't know: Kate had surgery about a month or a month and a half ago on her legs. She had tendons removed and new nylon ones implanted. We've been taking her three times a week to Lansing (MSU's Vet Hospital) for physical therapy. I got dealt today and tomorrow. It's fine until she's in the rehab and I'm wandering about Lansing. I get to do homework (so pretty much I read until I doze off, kick myself awake, and repeat). Got bored, however, and went to Best Buy -- when you're parked outside a mall and the Best Buy sign is staring you in the face, there's no not going. Bought another ModMou CD (bringing me to four) and the Tenacious D CD. Jack Black has a surprisingly nice voice when he wants to. And ate at Sbarro, that was nice. And tasted my first Orange Julius. I shall be returning to both of those stores tomorrow: Sbarro and Orange Julius. God dang it anyway, that was a treat for lunch.
Gonna go play video games until Mike (perhaps) call.
