Tea, or Coffee?
Today I was in the mess hall and there were to choices of beverages before me that made me really think. Tea, or Coffee? There seems to be standard issue marine tea, and standard issue marine coffee but why is it that it seems to devide the marines into two different groups? Tea is a drink that tends to be a relaxing type of thing and helps to settles one's nerves, while coffee give some people the energy boost they need to get up in the morning and take on the world. But then again Coffee has more caffeine in it so it might be better for people with addictions. Perhaps I'm just really bored today but it seems to me that as a marine we should repair this rift between tea drinkers and coffee drinkers once and for all! So are you a Tea person? Or a Coffee person? For me, it's a pretty simple choice because coffee makes my tummy feel funny.
