Man the summer just seems to be passing me by
I don't know if it's because I am getting older and I am having to work through the week, but the summer just seems to be slipping away and I can't do anything to slow it down. Tomorrow I leave for chicago where my best friend from high school will be getting married. It's so weird to think about my friends getting married. It's just crazy.
I went to my parent's house this past week-end and they are moving in and had all these old boxes. Well I haven't look through my old boxes since I left C-town, like four years ago. I found so many things that just brought me back to Clarksville. I found tons of pictures of me in high school. Man was I a dork. I must say AJ, that you could have told me I was looking horrible. I was such a hippie in high school. I even found this piece of cardboard where Blossom and I wrote this song about wanting to be hippies. Man I was a dork.
I just haven't been able to comprehend that I am done with school and that I am on my way overseas. I mean I know it's going to happen, but WOW!!! it is actually here. Today I got an email from the guy in Taiwan telling me to get my tickets and that he can't wait to meet us!! It's actually here, there's no backing out now, I am going on the adventure of a lifetime. The cool thing is that my best friend AJ is going to Thailand and I am going to get to go over and see Thailand and him in another country!!
Man, life really is short when you think about it, take every opportunity to live it to the fullest!!!
