Over the river and through the woods...

I am currently in a Holiday Inn Express in Albequerque, New Mexico. We have been driving since Tuesday, will arrive in Los Angeles Saturday. In Texas I had to smile because we passed through all these places from my road trip with Olivia: Shamrock, TX, The Cadillac Ranch which someone repainted yellow recently so it's not quite as cool looking as the first time, the world's largest cross aborted babies memorial (oh Texas), the leaning water tower and the visitors center in New Mexico that was closed last time. So many good memories!

Man. I can't believe how close I am to actually living in Los Angeles!
