Hmm... You can start with the easier tools like changing colors is a good start ^^ then maybe you can try by ajusting the brightness and contrast. Then maybe trying from filter gallery..then the marquee tool and pen tool~ Well, it took me around 2 years to try make a wallpaper XP Yea~ you can do it! Gambate~! =D
