“Zhoumi?” asked Henry as a pair of big hands covered his eyes. He was spun around and pulled into a hug by his Chinese lover.
“Hello.” Henry sighed, that was Zhoumi’s signature I-want-sex purr of a voice. He looked up at Zhoumi and for the millionth time wondered how the heck his boyfriend had ever gotten to be so gorgeous.
“You know,” said Henry, “I always wonder how you got to be so gorgeous.” Zhoumi frowned.
“What do you mean by that?” Henry grabbed his hand and they began to walk along through the crowded streets.
“Look at that,” said Henry, as they continued walking, “everyone’s heads turn when you walk past.”
“How do you know?” asked Zhoumi, “they could be looking at you.” Henry shook his head.
“They’re looking up,” he said, “not down.” Zhoumi laughed, and Henry puffed out his cheeks.
“I’m sorry,” said Zhoumi, “but you’re adorable too.”
“But there’s a difference!” said Henry, still pouting. Zhoumi poked his cheek lovingly.
“Maybe so,” he said, “but I like you better the way you are. Not all things have to be ‘gorgeous’ you know.” He draped himself lovingly on Henry’s shoulders and kissed him.
“Alright,” said Henry, “blushing furiously. Let’s just go home now. People are starting to stare at us.”
