[Personality]
Ichigo is a girl who is very easy to get along with, due to her almost carefree personality towards the world. This makes it easy for her to make friends in school and get along with people that she doesn't know very well.
She does however struggle with being away from home, as this is the first time she has ever had to do it. On the first day in the school, after having trouble in class with making the cake that she was asked too, she runs away from the school to the bus stop, but doesn't get on the bus, even though she wants to go home due to the way that Kashino treated her because she was a beginner.
However, she decided to go back to the school and try to make the mille crepe again. This continues throughout the series and shows that even though Ichigo is a year behind the rest of her classmates and has never learnt to make cakes before, she can perfect her work when she studies it and practices it over and over until she gets it right.
She doesn't seem to get angry often, even when someone stole her idea for two cakes that she makes in the series. She seems more confused and upset that someone would steal her idea and that they wouldn't admit that they had stole it.
Perhaps due to this, she has a sort of naivety about her as if she doesn't know that people could be nasty like this nor that people could like her more than just a friend. This shines through when Hanabusa tries to flirt with Ichigo and it goes completely over her head.
Her main philosophy to get her through school is that she wants to be able to make all people smile with her cakes, similar to what her Grandma did in the past for herself. Also, she has the dream to go to Paris and win the Grand Prix which comes up later in the series, which she struggles hard with getting through the rounds so that she and her team could win.
She works hard for both towards both of these, the same amount of effort that she puts into making cakes perfect in class and learning the skills that she needs to use to get through the academy.
[Specialties/Abilities]
Ichigo has no real special magical ability, but she does have the ability to work really hard to try and get something right, especially when it comes to cakes since when she originally came to St Marie Academy, she didn't know how to make cakes at all.
She is also very good at coming up with designs that make people smile. This is her main goal as a patissiere, as she has fond memories of being upset when she was younger, but her grandma offered one of her 'magic' cakes that could make her smile, and Ichigo always did smile afterwards. This is what she wants to be able to do for all people if possible.
She also has the ability to see sweet spirits that help her and other members in the academy to create cakes and that also train with their huamn partners to become court patissieres at the sweets kingdom.
[Affection] Friendships are always allowed with Ichigo here as well as rivals though she will not hate you... Crushes and love I would suggest you speak to me first, since ichigo can get crushes on people (like Henri Lucas and a slight crush on Kashino even though she probably doesn't realize either) but I am not sure what happens with this since 1) the series isn't finished and 2) I am taking her from earlier on-ish.

[Other Facts]
Ichigo will always have a notebook with her to design her cakes, as she does in her room in St Marie Academy, however, without the backing of her sweets spirit, Vanilla and her friends, she may struggle to perfect a cake in this world.
However, if people back her in this world, she will be able to make wonderful cakes that she might sell in a shop in Somarium. She might feel a little bit upset and awkward in Somarium for a bit without the people she knows and loves, however, she will eventually get over it and overcome this problem.
