a faire time
Today was the Ren faire, which was awesome.
Greta was some sort fo sorceress, and I was a gypsy. We had both whipped our outfits from our closets the night before. No cosplay like last-minute cosplay. XD
We had lots of fun walking around ad looking at all the cool shops. Greta bought a necklace, a badass walking stick, and earcuffs (Since her parents won't let her get her ears pierced). I got a pair of earrings and had my palm read. The woman said I was artistic, generous, intelligent, vulnerabe and radiate positive energy. She also said I would gain independance and knowledge of myself in a few years and that I'd travel and probably have several careers. Pretty accurate, eh?
We also saw the joust, the mud show, and lots of DaD/WoW/LOTR cosplayers. Fun.
Now, I am completely exhausted, and probably a little drunked, but it was worth it. A good last hurrah of summer.
