Just heard on Kerrap (sorry, Kerrang) that they're starting to rebuild the building formerly known as Edwards No.8 today - but don't get too excited, the dude in charge of the work said that it isn't necessarily going to re-open as Eddie's (or even a pub/club)but there is a possibility...
