WOW!!! university life has been busy, busy ,busy.....
I have to pass up essays all the time. but soon, no more essays to write coz exams are coming up!!
Anyway, so far, I've been back in Malaysia once ,during my 1-week break. But I didn't get to meet anyone coz most people were not back. Too bad.... c ya all in December.
And, my trip back to Ipoh was great coz I got to eat things like laksa n curry mee. The laksa here tastes different but some people say that I tried the wrong one. the famous laksa here is the Katong laksa. well, someday I'll try it then.
and, not only that, the bak kut teh here is also clear, not black like the one back home. Totally weird! i didn't even know that it was bak kut teh.
Overall, the food here is OK. and I no longer convert prices to RM (hehe) which means that I'm actually quite frugal. I don't spend much.
I have here about 3 months and so far, i have been to Sentosa, Clarke Quay, Sembawang Orchard road(of course) and some other areas. haven't been to East Coast which is pretty far from NTU though. Someday maybe.
