(no subject)
I had to take out a lot of trash today. Mostly boxes (from moving) and beer bottles. Since we live on the 'farm', I guess we have to put the trash out by where they do - which is like a 2 minute walk... with trash! So I had make 6 or 7 trips with various boxes/bags - quite a workout!
At the end of this, to my displeasure, I found a tick on my ankle! I didn't even feel it... which is the scary part.
Then I made some Joe and went to go feed the horses. Here are some pics.
My hand is in these two is there to try to prevent the horses from eating my iPhone.
Jewel on the left, and (I think) Suzie Q ? on the right.
During my trash taking-out I thought I had heard ducks in the pond, so after feeding I went to investimagate. There were no ducks in the pond but I did see 5 fly over the pond. I took some more pics.
This is like ... 200 yards behind my backyard.
And this is the pond.
I also stole Ashley's monitor while she's away to test out how my computer will look with two.... of course I planned to get another 22" w/s of the exactly same kind as I have... but this gives me a rough idea of what it'll be like :) and I like it.
