i dunno how to feel

i got held up at gun point at work becuz we were getting robbed.and the robber held the gun at me the whole time. i dunno how to feel becuz i feel scared but i dont want ppl to know about that but i feel like ppl think im weak. i dunno.... im scared.....
im also getting depressed again...and i cant help it like i dunno why i am...it sucks..
